Described as “a residential building designed in the Tudor-Craftsman style by a prominent firm and reflective of the development of Victoria Park.” Also listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The Charles C. Hurd Residence, 4359 Victoria Park Place	August 12, 2014	Built in 1909. Single-family home in the Arts and Crafts Tudor Revival style. Los Angeles Historic - Cultural Monument #1073.
